We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please read our return policy below.
1. Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used/opened skincare products unless they are faulty.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
